About Us

We opened the first SOL Mexican Cocina in Newport Beach in 2009, introducing a new kind of inspired cooking with Mexican roots and California flair.  We now have locations in Newport Beach, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Playa Vista, California; and Denver, Colorado.
