Watermelon Margarita

Sweet, juicy watermelon is hand-crushed with blanco tequila, fresh-squeezed lime juice and a dash of agave to create SOL’s refreshing, pale pink margarita – a twist on Mexico’s favorite agua fresca. Serve it over ice in a bucket glass rimmed with spicy chile con limon.

•  2/3 cup peeled & seeded watermelon chunks

•  2 oz. casa noble blanco tequila

•  1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime

•  3/4 oz. agave nectar

•  lime wedge

•  chile con limon

•  cubes of ice


Directions:

1. Rub the rim of a 12 oz. bucket glass with the lime, and rim with chile con limon, set aside.

2. Muddle the watermelon cubes in a cocktail shaker with the lime, agave & tequila.

3. Add 1 cup ice, cover tightly & shake well.

4. Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice & strain the margarita over it.

5. Garnish with the lime wedge.
